Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Nature’s Bliss. We take immense pride in the quality of our pure essential oils, spice oils, and premium perfumes. Because our products are natural, botanical, and personal care items, we maintain a strict policy to ensure safety, hygiene, and product integrity.Please read our policy carefully regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Returns & Eligibility : Due to the nature of our products (hygiene and safety regulations for essential oils and fragrances), we cannot accept returns on opened, unsealed, or used products unless they arrived damaged or defective. To be eligible for a return/replacement,
your item must be: Unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. In its original packaging with all seals completely intact. Accompanied by the original receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.
Window for Returns You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your shipment to initiate a return or claim a defect.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items: We take great care in packaging our glass bottles, but if your order arrives damaged during transit, or if you received the incorrect item, we will fix it immediately.
What to do: Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Take clear photographs or a short video of the damaged/incorrect product and the packaging. Email our support team at naturalfragranceandflavours@yahoo.co.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the media attached.

Note:  Verified damages or incorrect shipments will be replaced or refunded at zero additional cost to you.

3. Refund Process: Once your returned item is received at our facility and inspected by our quality control team, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds:  If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer) within 5 to 7 business days.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a standard return, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

.4. Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our facility for a full refund. Once the order has been shipped and a tracking number is generated, the order cannot be canceled, and the standard return policy will apply.
